By accessing or using ShipMobile ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShipMobile is an AI-powered code generation tool that creates React Native mobile applications based on natural language descriptions. The Service uses third-party AI APIs (currently Google Gemini) to generate code.

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Model

ShipMobile operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" model:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party providers (Google, etc.)
• You are responsible for all costs associated with API usage through your keys
• You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party API providers you use
• We are not responsible for any charges incurred through your API usage

4. Code Ownership

You own the code you generate. All code generated through ShipMobile using your API keys belongs to you. You are free to:

• Modify, distribute, and sell the generated code
• Use the code for any commercial or personal purpose
• Export and deploy the code without attribution

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The generated code will be error-free or suitable for your purposes
• The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
• The generated code will pass App Store review
• The generated code will be secure or production-ready without review

You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deploying to production.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
• Abuse or overload the Service infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMobile and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
